2254 Oyster Catcher is a brand-new 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Seabrook Island vacation home with multiple living spaces, a game room, spacious bedrooms, deluxe furnishings throughout, and a swim spa.

The main level of the home features a beautifully outfitted living area, dining area, and kitchen. The chef’s kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas range. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a game room with a sleeper sectional and an 86” Smart TV! There is also a full bath off the game room for added convenience.

The main level also features two guest bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.

The second level has the main bedroom and an additional two guest rooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, private deck, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, rainfall showerhead, jets, and double vanities.

The remaining two bedrooms both have queen beds with private bathrooms, both featuring walk-in showers.

The outdoor space offers beautiful views of the Island from multiple private outdoor decks, a screened-in porch, and a luxury swim spa.

Guests enjoy a quick walk to the beach and are only a mile to the Seabrook Island Beach Club and pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access to Boardwalk #2 is just a short, two to three minute walk away, then five minutes from there to the beach.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 4. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.
