Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access is available for an added fee ($55 per day or $315/week), must pre-register for access at least two days prior to arrival as Seabrook has a cashless club system (additional fees for use of the facilities, dining cost, indoor pool access fee, classes, tee times, etc.). The Seabrook Amenity office will charge that fee at registration.

Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 3 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.
