« When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. »

« The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. « Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. « Marcos was a welcoming host with good communication before and during our stay in this delightful and quiet townhouse in Bayonne, New Jersey. Just a five-minute drive to the Royal Caribbean port, this townhouse is beautifully located. The ground floor unit, perfect for two people, was wonderfully clean with a modern kitchen and bath and an extra-large tv in the living room. The brand new washer and dryer are convenient and the one-car garage keeps a car safe and protected from the elements....

« We stayed at this location for 2 nights prior to our cruise leaving from Port Liberty. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in finding some tourist resources for NYC. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the included extras! They really made our stay enjoyable. »
