It's otherwise a very sterile convention hotel with basic rooms. spacious room. small table in room - no desk. free wifi OK. check-in/reception functional. not impolite, but not really friendly. They simply direct you to an iPad to check yourself in.

The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!
