'Hotel was nice for the price. Needs some updating and cosmetic repairs. Nice breakfast.'

'The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better'

'While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. What's the point of that if the messages state its coming from the...
