'Place is a dump, shower water 1 inch deep, leaks. Broken lamps, one wine glass that was actually broken in the cabinet, pillows blankets smelled like febreeze not cleaned but sprayed. 'The location of the apartment is great, a short walk to just about all of the sights in Brussels. The facility was clean enough, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is a hodgepodge of items, with things like cutlery functional but cheap - the sharp knives were all extremely thin and tended to bend when we tried to use them. 'Made a reservation for an apartment with 4 single beds. Upon arrival this appeared to be a "special request" which couldn't be accommodated. Instead we got a room with a queen and 1 single bed and one of us ended up on a mattress on the floor. Daunting neighborhood near Brussels-Midi station, noisy streets at night. '
