'It was advertised to get a free bottle of wine and I did not get. I also had to get the ac remote switched out because it was not working. Then I also had to go downstairs to get the tv remote switched out because that one was also not working. They were very nice to allow me to keep my luggage there while I got breakfast and they were even kind enough to call me a taxi.'

'Located right on the beach on One of the best spots for chilling in the shade of the palm trees. In Sayulita! The bar plays really good chill music , the best on the beach, and the bartender super friendly. The staff is very helpful, especially Victoria who works in the front office. The surf instructors on site were amazing, they were the perfect combination of friendly chill Steve and very passionate about surfing Pablo.Thier local knowledge of the ocean and surrounding surf spots was top notch....

'Pool renovations where going on long beyond what was scheduled. They offered a beach club alternative. The Manager Pedro was very attentive to our concerns about it and upgraded us beyond our dreams. Excellent recovery. Friendly staff . Great location and facility. Would recommend and return.'

'Great stay at Hotel Sayulita! Convenient location with easy, secure gated access. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I'd recommend!'
