The first floor has a master suite with a concrete-based built-in king-size bed with an ultra-thick mattress covered with luxurious linens. The beautiful enisuite bath has stunning Mexican floor tiles and a glass-enclosed shower. Leave the sliding glass doors open to enjoy the wonderful sea breezes, or close to keep the air conditioning inside. Either way, you are steps from the pool, with the beach and surf just beyond.
The open-air, fully equipped kitchen has a custom-designed 7-foot wood table made out of a local Parota tree. It is surrounded by built-in cushioned benches perfectly located such that you can literally touch the palm trees. Beyond the beauty, there is plenty of room for a group of 10 to comfortably dine together. The kitchen sink is built into the concrete countertop looking out to the ocean. The bar top is the ideal place to make craft cocktails, prepare snacks and entertain guests.
