« Our only complaint was the noise. Two out of the four nights we were there we were woken up by very loud music in the area of the hotel. On one occasion it went on until 2:30 AM and on the other until 3:30 AM. It was not the fault of the hotel and not something that they could control, None the less, it significantly detracted from the overall experience. Vacation isn't as much fun if you are overly tired. »

« The view from this condo is amazing, gorgeous pool area then the ocean couldn’t get much better. The location is great as it is within easy walking distance to Bucerias and all the great restaurants. Also an easy walk to the grocery stores. The host was great at helping out if you have any questions. »

« Everything around the property was top notch. Close to the beach and close to public transportation. One thing to improve is to state in the listing that personal info such as drivers license will be requested to get a QR code in order to check-in. By the way, turns out we were not even asked to provide the QR code... »

« Very clean location. The suite is very nice and the property manager was great at communicating regarding our needs. Our only complaint is that we had to pay (I think 100 pesos per child per hour) to use the kids playroom at the facility. »
