'This is a “vintage” property with mostly very tired units. It’s been a while since I’ve seen shag carpeting in any rental property- definitely going to want to keep some flip flops handy to wear in the room. Friendly owner, great location. Pricing seems about double what I would expect to pay for a property in this condition - even in Stanley. 'Great place with a great vibe. I wish the restaurant was actually open for decent hours. No breakfast and Dinner ended at 5Pm. With nothing close you have to make sure to bring food to cook or be willing to drive 30 minutes away to eat.'

'The space was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities to prepare a meal, host-provided snacks and beverages were a nice addition, and an easy 5 minute drive into Stanley. Everything was great! We really appreciated the porch seating in the morning and evening. Very peaceful atmosphere.'
