The open floor plan of this spacious corner unit condo gives way to beautiful views from two sides of the living area, which is includes a plush sofa, sleeper chair, a flat-screen Smart TV, and access to the covered balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. The dining area has seating for 6, perfect for family meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup and a full-size washer and dryer for guests' use.

Relax after a day at the beach in the primary bedroom with access to the balcony to watch the sunsets. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a custom walk-in tile shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Twin bed and a TV to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The guest bathroom is all new and has a tub and shower combination. This condo will sleep up to 6 comfortably. This condo is on the first floor of the building which is equipped with a handicap-friendly elevator for ease of access. (elevator, not ADA compliant).

There is assigned parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area. No pets. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.

Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
