Enjoy a memorable experience at this downtown apartment! This is a FIRST floor unit, and 1 of 4 units in the building. There is another unit above. It is centrally located in downtown Savannah, GA. We're just a 2 block walk away from the famous Forsyth Park and minutes away from many of Savannah's beloved attractions. This 2 bed, 1 bathroom unit was freshly redesigned and offers all the amenities needed to make your stay a breeze!

Please note that this is a FIRST FLOOR UNIT. Some sound transfer can be heard from the unit above.
This unit features:
- Living Room with a 50" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine. We provide K cups, tea, sugar and creamer.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, nightstands, and closet.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, TV and closet.
- Full bathroom with shower/tub: toiletries and linens provided
-Washer and Dryer in unit

The Outside Space:
There is a large SHARED outdoor space in the rear of the building. There are multiple tables, BBQs and outdoor games for guest use. There is also a large shared parking area. Each unit is permitted 1 car in our parking area. Additional vehicles must find on street parking. Please be respectful of other guests when on the property!
Guest access
The unit is completely set up for guests. Make yourself at home!
Other things to note
-No smoking in the condo. Any violations will result in a $250 smoke abatement fee.
-No pets or animals permitted. Unannounced animals will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee and your reservation being cancelled without refund.
-Four guests maximum at any time. No parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
-Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case! This is particularly important from June-November, as hurricanes in the southeast are considered known travel risks and not eligible for an exception. Again, we do not provide refunds if you cancel and do not accept date changes within 5 days of your check-in date for ANY reason. Please insure yourself accordingly!
