  • Have the best of both worlds by staying in this centrally located, yet peaceful Savannah estate. Just one block North of the Fountain at Forsyth Park, guests are only a short walk from all of Savannah's main attractions, including: Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant, The Paris Market, and River Street.

    Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your sprawling, two-bedroom apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels or choose from an expansive cable package from the flat screen TV as a way to start or end your day. Open to the living room is a formal dining table suitable for four guests.

    Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. Have a quick cup and plan your day at the kitchen island.

    The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, with freestanding wardrobe and an en suite bath with Jack and Jill doors to the living area. The second bedroom towards the rear of the apartment boasts a King Size bed and a private balcony overlooking the South end of the home. Down the hall, a full bath with soaking tub and standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit.

    Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of SavannahOur family of four (two adults, a 12-year-old, and a 4-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this charming parlor. The location was ideal — situated in the historic district, just steps from Forsyth Park and close to excellent restaurants. It felt safe and walkable, about a 25-minute stroll to downtown and the riverfront. The flat was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

Love to Visit Savannah

This was a very nice property in a great location. We visit Savannah on a yearly basis. We will definitely consider this property again on our next visit.

Great Apartment - Great Location

This was an exceptional stay for us. It's nicer than in the pictures. We travel to Savannah each summer and love it every time. This was our favorite trip to date because of the fabulous location. We would definitely stay again.

Well-located, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped.A fantastic place for one couple or a family (couple + children), but I wouldn't recommend it as much if you're traveling with friends (two couples, for instance). The first room is fantastic and you'll have lots of privacy, but the second one is small, the door doesn't lock (and it has a huge gap), and its bathroom has a [shared] door with the living room, meaning that all noises from there will be heard from the living room.

Amazing, super clean, beautiful Savannah home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Park House Parlor on Monterey Square. This home and location checked off everything on our Savannah trip list - cleanliness, centrally located, homey accommodations in a historical neighborhood. This home was so conveniently located to everything we had planned, one of our tour meetup locations was directly across the street at the Pulaski monument in Monterey Square. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah Properties will be our first go-to for accommodations the next time we visit Savannah.

A great location for a walking experience of Savannah

You couldn't ask to be in the middle of it. Park the car and let the walking and exploring begin. This phenomenal centralized location access to the great parks and all the restaurants and activities of Savannah has to offer. This location has very comfortable furniture and all the appliances you need to feel at home.

The perfect place to see Savannah

Leaving aside the quality of the property, it's beautiful location and absolutely everything you need in it, Savannah is one if the most beautiful cuties I've ever seen after travelling the world my whole life. We had the best time listening to a live a band before across the street for a private event. Everyone in the area is friendly and it's a very calm and peaceful square. The home is perfect for 4 people, comfortable, clean, and the natural light from the large windows is gorgeous. Property management company is very responsive and locally managed.

We had a nice renting experience. There was a minor cleaning issue. We called the 24/7 call line. They handled the matter quickly. We would definitely rent this property again.

The spot near Forsyth Park is hard to beat, and the aesthetic is genuinely lovely at first glance. But the longer we stayed, the more issues we noticed.Sleep was a struggle throughout the stay. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the master bedroom frame seemed unlevel, so you're essentially sleeping at a slant. Many doorknobs were loose; the porch door one actually fell off. We had to put it back on with our Allen wrench set. The kitchen faucet wobbled badly, fridge bins were cracked, cabinet doors needed manually hoisting back into place, and one lamp in the second bedroom had its toggle broken off. The vanity lights in the master bath flickered constantly, possibly a wiring issue.The coffee maker still had the previous guests' grounds in it when we arrived, which was disgusting. Several of the mugs and glasses had a dried, crusty substance in them. We rewashed everything before use. The shared bathroom also has a layout issue worth disclosing — the toilet is too large for the space, so the door swings right into it.A couple of things were genuinely concerning: the building's exterior door is supposed to be code-restricted but wasn't secured during our stay. The A/C units right against the balcony are incredibly loud. And we were woken up by someone ringing the bell and knocking before 6 a.m. on Easter Sunday.Overall, we were really disappointed with our stay and will look at alternative stays for our next visit.

Excellent location

This rental is only one block from Forsyth Park and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The only negative I have is that it really needs an external spring cleaning. The outside of the windows that look over the square are really filthy. Also, the porch needs to be hosed off. The cushions on the chairs were so dirty I sat on a towel. They even looked like they had some mold on the cushions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and spent most of our time walking everywhere. Only suggestions I have would be to upgrade the mattresses and clean up the porch a bit. It was so dirty outside that we didn’t sit out there. Also, the queen bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The king was better, but the opposite- too soft. Highly recommend updating! Overall, great stay and if those 2 suggestions were remedied, we’d definitely be back!

We will definitely be back and highly recommend this rental! :) The location is prime, we were able to be on foot everywhere b/c of the perfect location - up to River Street to Forsyth Park and many great restaurants... The rental was exactly like the listing. It is bright, homey, and large. Super clean - especially the bathrooms and kitchen (which are the first things I check). The back porch is a gem! It is private too. We had morning coffees and evening drinks there. Easy check-in and daily access. The communication from the property management team was outstanding! Fast, friendly, thorough and thru texting instead of a separate app, which was great. We needed help one night at about 11pm, and they were quick and helpful even at that hour.We also liked that there were fans provided. My only recommendation for this rental is a new mattress for the master bedroom. The one there was very thin and two clear 'channels' or indents where people sleep. Not very supportive, kind of worn and the mattress only on a wooden frame. The other bedroom appeared to have a thicker, newer mattress, but not the master. This wouldn't prevent us from renting again, but it'd be a nice update. 5 stars all around! Thank you Lucky Savannah!!

Very nice - Almost a 5

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It is located on Savannah's prettiest square and it's a quick hop over to Forsyth Park. It is well appointed with everything you need to make yourself at home. We were happy to discover closets in both bedrooms (which is not what the description of the property or the property manager reported.) The 2 negatives I find worth pointing out are that first, neither of the beds are very comfortable. My comfort rating (being generous) is 3. New thicker foam mattresses would go a long way! Secondly (less important, maybe trivial) guests are required to take out the garbage at the end of their stay - around the back of the building to an alley. I would expect cleaning staff to do this, not paying guests. I found it a somewhat rude "goodbye". That being said - yes- I would recommend this property provided you're not a finicky a sleeper.
