The first floor living room features a leather couch from West Elm and “never want to leave” swivel chairs. Binge watch a new show on the smart TV or relax and chat after a long day in the city.

Enter a spacious second floor Great Room with plush seating, a 56” Smart TV, high ceilings, and massive windows to fully immerse you in your Savannah Historic District experience. Original exposed brick preserved and styled with charm provide a unique historic setting for relaxation and fun. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar and toast to new memories. With plenty of seating throughout, everyone can spend time together and find time to themselves.

Kitchen Amenities
The Habersham House is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cooktop and ovens, all in modern stainless steel. You’ll also find butcher block countertops. All the essentials for your morning coffee are included as well. Gather around the expandable dining table and enjoy your home-made Savannah meal. No reservations required!

Habersham House puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities range from low-key pursuits like walking and biking, to unique adventures like Segway tours and late night ghost tours. History-lovers will be in heaven here, with historic squares, markers, and buildings at every turn. Some of Savannah’s best shopping is just a few blocks away on Broughton Street and River Street. The Habersham House is located in the Savannah’s Landmark Historic District.

Important Information
• Renters must be over 18 years of age.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home.
• All linens are provided for you.
• Amenities include free WIFI, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap are all provided for you.

Access to the house is controlled by a digital keypad. Your personal code is provided prior to arrival.
