Sweet Garden Home on Jones Street Across From Clary's by Lucky Savannah

Tucked away behind the massive oak trees is Jones Street Hideaway, a quaint garden-level apartment beneath a 200-year-old estate. Guests will enjoy waking to the sounds of horse-drawn carriages, and spending a slow afternoon walking to the famous Clary's Cafe for brunch.

Enter through the courtyard into your two-bedroom garden apartment. The living area is furnished for comfort with two leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV. A full size kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a dining table fit for four.

Both bedrooms have Queen size beds, and each have access to the full bath with standing shower. This home is ideal for the couple looking to have a quiet respite after a long day of exploring downtown.

This garden apartment rental was perfect for the two of us. It is small so even though there are two bedrooms, it would be difficult for twocouples to share as there is only one bathroom. Perfect location. Jones street is so convenient to everything. You never need a car unless you are taking day trips!

Great location!

Loved that the courtyard was just steps from our door....great for morning coffee. Only issue was too few washcloths....had to do laundry every day. Three guests for 4 days three nights and only got four washcloths.

60th birthday girls trip

We had a great time and the location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would have liked to have lamps in the bedrooms for nighttime reading. Didn’t use kitchen but seemed to be well equipped. AC worked but not sure it would be cool enough for summer months. We did use the box fan we found in a closet which helped some. Enjoyed the nice courtyard right outside the door. Nice to have Clary’s so close for breakfast!

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location on Jones Street. The view of the street is just gorgeous! It is little hard to figure out where our apartment was at first because it was off to the side and back behind gated area. The apartment is cute and has sufficient supply’s for the stay. Does have a few things that need to be addressed. There is a moldy smell as soon as you walk in and I reported to the office. The pillows are very flat, WiFi isn’t the best the tv buffers a lot, bedroom needs blinds to keep out outside lights.But overall the place is nice just could use few things to make it nicer.

Property not as pictured!

The living room furniture was changed from what was pictured and there was no tv in the master bedroom. I spent a lot of time reviewing properties before booking. The living room set up and tvs were some factors in booking this property, so I was not happy to have these changes made when I paid the price that was to include them. The management company did address the initial smell successfully, but did not follow up with me on my concerns. Also the dining table top is damaged and needs to be refinished Have booked there VRBO properties and never had this happen

We loved the property! Located on beautiful Jones St in historic Savannah. Unit was clean and well stocked. Right across the street from yummy Clary's. The shared community courtyard is a beautiful spot.

SENIOR CITIZENS BE CAREFUL

First, the unit was as advertised.It was what was not said that was very important for senior citiens. 1st, the unit while appearing to be a ground unit has steps. 2nd. there are numerous trip hazards with regard to interior thressholds and rugs. 3rd, there were no assist bars near toilet, or in shower. There was no ice available. Sofa was very deep, soft, and low. Very Good. Clarys is just across the street, and trolley is one block away. Parking on street is free if you can find a space.

Great Find!

Have stayed here twice. Location is AWESOME, even has free on street parking close by. Cozy, lower level unit so not much natural light. Kitchen accessories are minimal, but we ate out at all the lovely cafes and restaurants so no biggie for us. Clary’s is right across the street and highly recommend the pecan pancakes! Little outdoor table and seating was great for morning coffee. Smart TV allowed us to connect to our apps in the evening too. Single bathroom with doors that open to both bedrooms. Plenty of towels and supplies. Great little spot.

Perfect Savannah home away from home
