The living area includes a 50 inch Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the views from the balcony from inside or out. There is a dining table seating for up to 6 and an additional outdoor bar height table with seating for 4 on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes convenience features including a dishwasher and a stacked washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a wall-mounted SmartTV and access to the balcony. The attached full bathroom has all new fixtures with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is also furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door, with access from the hall and from the bedroom. The guest bathroom has all new fixtures including a tub and shower combination. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 reserved and 1 unreserved for this property. The condo is located on the first floor which is elevated and accessed by only one flight stairs. There is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee.
The community is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). There is a community charcoal grill located at the pool area for guests' use.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
