Guest Access:
To access the building guests will receive two codes. One to the shared building entrance and one to the condo door. Please note there is not an elevator in the building. There is a shared entry with a steep stair case to the second floor lofts.

Getting Around:
Parking is not included with this listing, but there are a couple options. The street parking is first come first serve and metered by the city. There is an app you can use to pay for parking called Park Savannah. The street parking is $2 an hour from 8a-8p. The other option which I recommend is using a city parking garage. There is one just a short walk a street over at 100 E State Street. That option is usually cheaper and has daily rates $5-$17 depending on the day and events in town.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this condo is in the heart of downtown living. While the location is fabulous it does come with some city noises that you may not be accustomed to from trains, sirens, trash vehicles, delivery trucks, and church bells. We do offer a sound machine and room darkening/sound dampening shades in the bedroom.
