Walk past the main home and through the expansive courtyard to access this private, first-level studio apartment - once a carriage house as part of this historic Savannah estate. Guests are within close distance to River Street, City Market, and Savannah's best shopping and dining along Broughton Street.

Walk into the full size kitchen, equipped with full-size fridge, range, and dishwasher. The cozy bedroom is around the corner, decorated with Southern touches all while keeping your comfort a priority. The Queen size bed is dressed in hotel grade linens, professionally pressed between each visit. With two large closets and a standing chest of drawers, you're encouraged to unpack your suitcase and even consider extending your stay. A washer and dryer can be found hidden behind closet doors.

A full bath with walk in shower is attached to the kitchen. Towels and soap are complimentary to your stay.

East Broughton Street is swiftly becoming a bustling part of the city, with new restaurant East End Provisions joining the locally-cherished Cha Bella. Be sure to stop into Capital Bee Co. for a brick of local honey comb. Head due West towards the center of downtown and be greeted with Savannah's best shopping and dining options. On our list for must-sees: The Paris Market, Halfmoon Outfitters, Leopold's Ice Cream, and The Prohibition Museum.

Catch a trolley (or count those steps) and head South along Bull Street for a promenade through the squares, ending at the Fountain of Forsyth Park, one of Savannah's most famous attractions.

Perfect location. Property is gorgeous. Condition of apartment was a little disappointing. The bed has a very obvious, uncomfortable sag. The microwave is cracked. Toilet seat is loose. Light switch broken.

Broughton is in a great location

Very convenient to be able to walk to everything. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, great coffee just a block away. A couple minor things to solve would make the stay even better: the only way we could turn off one lamp was to unplug it; the TV came on, the Xfinity box would not, so no TV; the access instructions should explain exactly which unit it is and which one of the 3 lockboxes the code is for; and the blinds are great for privacy but they don’t block out the street lights so the place stays semi light all night - these are minor for us, we’d gladly stay again.

Good location in Savannah

Overall, it was a good stay. Good location, we literally were able to walk to anything. Longest trip we made on feet was like 14 min. The area does get noisy at night, lots of traffic in this area, u can hear ppl walking next to the windows all night. This is also a bottom floor and you can hear everything from whoever is upstairs. I found it difficult to rest because of this but im also not from the city, so im use to the quite country life. The bed was super uncomfortable, it sunk in the middle and me and my husband were basically on top of each other all night! Definitely needs a new bed. I would recommend the stay. Location was worth it! Savannah is beautiful!

Quaint place in a great location

As described...we weren't there much as there is so much to do, all within walking distance. I would recommend bringing toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) as the trial sizes they provide were low quality, and I know they don't have to provide anything which is why I gave them a great rating. Parking is on the street and you have to pay between 8am-8pm. We got a $40 ticket for parking on the wrong side, didnt see the street sweep sign, our fault....so look out for that. Overall, great value seeing all the hotels were $400-$700+ a night.

Small but great location

The property was clean and conveniently located. The bed was wonderful and the host made sure we were taken care of. If you plan on a lot of activities in the North Historic District this is THE spot. If you enjoy Bay St., Broughton St. Shopping, and the Riverfront, by all means, stay here! Forsyth Park and the South Historic District are walkable but almost a mile away. We have visited Savannah many times and have found we enjoy the Riverfront, so this place was perfect for the two of us. It was smaller than we expected it to be, but who stays home all the time on vacation? A great place to enjoy Savannah!

Great anniversary trip for two!

It was exactly as shown in photos which I appreciate. We arrived at night so the lights in the courtyard were on and and it was beautiful! My husband actually loved the fountain and said he slept amazing at night because of it. We were in for a long weekend so it was perfect and in a great location where we could walk wherever we went. Cha Bella was right around the corner with a beautiful patio. We actually loved the courtyard with the lights also b/c it made it easier to find at night. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, we had more than enough amenities to get us through the weekend. Very charming spot!

First visit to Savannah

The studio was perfect in size for the two of us. The only surprise was there is no seating other than one upright chair. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were just fine. We had a problem with the air conditioner (froze up - July in Savannah with no AC is not fun). The property manager was wonderful and had us moved to another property. We were very happy with our stay but would recommend at least one comfy chair.

Lower level Cottage review

The property was very easy to get too. The check in and out process was very simple and it was easy to communicate with the management! I really liked being able to text them. We had a few cleanliness issues. For example, stained sheets, a fake eyelash stuck to the carpeting, bugs crawling out of the shower drain, and a baby bird falling from the chimney. When we went to help the baby bird there were many eggs, feathers, and old bird droppings. I don’t think it had been cleaned in awhile. They did offer to bring new sheets which was nice! Overall though, I would recommend staying here, the location was perfect and and it was very charming. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was a quick drive from the airport. I enjoyed working with the company as well.

On the surface looks GREAT!

We had several issues with this rental. Starting with the gate.. Not easy to open. Then I tripped over a light situated near the gate. The sheets on the Queen size bed (deep pocket mattress) were not deep pocket. They kept slipping off. We called management. They sent sheets but gave them to another rental unit. Didn't check to see if it was ok. Luckily the other renter ran into us in courtyard and asked about the sheets! They were King size sheets so no fit again. Housekeeping came the next day and put the original size sheets back on the bed. We still had problems with them. The bed itself sloped to the center and was really hard to get out of. The A/C kept the place cool... Only one problem. The unit dripped water on the floor in the closet the whole time we were there. Very disconcerting to hear that water splashing on the floor all night. Someone came once to check on it but didn't solve the problem. There were no Forks in the kitchen.. hard to eat dinner without them. They did bring these quickly. The TV gave us trouble. We couldn't use the remote for local TV. Found out the batteries were dead. They brought new ones. Still couldn't use the local tv option. On our fourth evening someone was sent to check on it. Turns out the Xfinity cable box was fried. We did get it fixed the fifth night of our five night stay. Another issue was with the washer/dryer. The lint filter in the .dryer was not stable It fell into the drum with our clothes. The fitting that held it in place was missing. When I looked inside I saw lots of lint built where the lint filter should have been. A real FIRE hazard.. The owner's handy man got another one from the apartment upstairs, but didn't clean the lint out of ours. Everyone we spoke to (almost daily) was very polite and seemed to want to help. They would tell us someone would call the next day. They never did, we always had to call back. We even got an email saying they wanted to talk about our issues .. When could they call. I emailed back and gave them a time any time before 1 PM time. They never called back or emailed. There were more little things but this is enough. If not for all the issues this would have been a lovely stay!
