Feel like a true Savannah native when you pull up to this clapboard home. The foyer with main staircase greets you as you wander throughout the first floor. A first guest bedroom with King bed is just to your left - perfect as a mother-in-law or teen suite. Just down the hall, guests will find a full-size bathroom, with a walk-in shower. Continue on, you'll find the dining room that seats six. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining, as it's fully equipped with every culinary necessity and is open to both the living room and dining room. Kick your feet up and watch the game in the living room, filled with ample daylight from the outside. A door to the private courtyard is just right and is the perfect spot to barbecue and enjoy the sounds of the city.

Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, one as the primary and the other a guest room with en suite bath. The primary has a King size bed, two full closets, and balcony access off of the bath. Enjoy soaking in the jetted tub after a long day of exploring the city. A flat screen TV can be found in the armoire. The guest room is opposite the primary suite and also has a King size bed and flat screen TV. The bath has a tub/shower combo and beautiful views of historic downtown.

Prospective guests should be aware of a neighboring beehive. The honeybees keep to themselves on the neighbor's second floor rooftop and are harmless, however guests with bee allergies should be cautious.

Parking: Non-metered Parking
This unit has on-street parking - one side is metered and the other is non-metered in the area. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 85 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
