'I had a booking confirmed and paid for, but never received the details. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner, I was ignored. With Sunfest in full swing, hotels were either booked or outrageously priced, over 500. As two women stranded in Jamaica, it was incredibly stressful. The owner's lack of reliability and disregard for his clients' well-being was really disappointing. I had to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute.'

'The host was NOT attentive, the amenities were NEVER provided! NO, DISHWASHER, ON THE BEACH, BBQ GRILL, TVS DIDN'T WORK, HOUSE WAS DIRTY, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, these things were listed and NEVER provided! Her and her husband were extremely nasty and wanted me to walk from the gate to the house and wouldn't let my driver through the gate. My son's brother is security guard there and she told me I was a nasty effing liar. She used profanity at me and she was just extremely rude!! I DON'T recommend...
