Great cozy one room cabin. Great quiet neighborhood. The stairs up to the cabin from the parking pad have been replaced and are new. Hot tub was amazing. Towels are pretty worn and thin but provided. Would def stay here again for a one night get away. Bed was a large queen and comfortable. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is adorable and thought out for the guest. Our only gripe was the grill and top of hot tub wasn’t clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and used our little grill.

Overall place was great. There were hiccups though. Grill does not work. We brought grill able food. Just cleaned hot tub took overnight to be of use. No toilet paper. Bad mildew on steps to hot tub. Major dust on wood wall paneling by bed. Plus checkin was 4, we could not check in until 4:30.

Hot tub was a moldy mess along with the front porch. Grill was nasty. Cobwebs everywhere ( inside and out) . Front door code on arrival didn’t work made contact with host no response for 20 mins. Which is long time sitting in the wood at dark. Pillows on the bed need to be replaced years ago.Kitchen cabinets need a good wipe down and electrical situation is a little concerning. Wi-Fi didn’t work but later figured out the router wasn’t on. 2 gauge outlet with 5 thing plugged into it. Windows and blinds dirty. Owner needs to really get in there and clean the place up. Maid service will only do so much.

So as we drove up at 355 to the property there was a cleaning woman getting ready to leave…check in was at 4…but we’re like whatever at least it’ll be clean…so the property seemed to be nice when we pulled up. Went inside and it looked pretty, but was STENCHED w some cleaning spray smell. To add to that everything was SOAKED from her just spraying I’m guessing fabreeze or something similar. The main issue is THERES NO WAY TO LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE. My son is four and kept opening the door, being able to run out into this steep, wooded area…I notified every manager I could and vacasa Refused my refund explaining that the lock is there and locks from the outside so it’s safe. I can prove it’s NOT safe bc my autistic son was able to run out of the tiny house as he pleased and into the dangerous forested yard. I’ve NEVER stayed at a property WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE WAY TO LOCK FROM THE INSIDE. WORST experience of my life. We were only there two hours and had to leave bc of pure safety concerns…smh crazy

Northern Georgia wanderlust!

Picturesque cabin in the Appalachian Mountains of Northern Georgia. The 17th century German town of Helen, Georgia is only a few miles away. Along with the Appalachian Trail and others, the Chattahoochee River, multiple waterfalls, the highest peak in Georgia, and a whole slew of other activities nearby! This is a perfect couple’s getaway location!

Lots of steps up to the cabin. Landing at top of walk (stairs to cabin) was washed out a bit causing a trip hazard and very high first step to cabin deck. Tub was very slippery. Cabin shows signs of wear. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Came here for our anniversary. It's a beautiful cabin and was the perfect size for me and my now fiancé. It made the perfect place for us to get engage. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching the birds. We will definitely be back.

Overall, property was just like listed. Cabin was very clean and made the stay very enjoyable. However, around 8am construction was being done adjacent to the property. This made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing morning, I do understand the construction is uncontrollable. But as mentioned, it was a very enjoyable property.
