I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. « Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay. »
