'Alles is micro, de service, de ontvangst, de ruimte om te ontbijten, het zwembad. De oudere vrouw bij het inchecken was ook alles behalve behulpzaam of vriendelijk terwijl de kamer niet klaar as om 15.00….. '

'Staff was there when I needed them for check in and out. The room was clean and nothing in disrepair. The shower head wasn't secured to the wall but caused no issues. The toilet paper is one ply but thats really just nitpicking really. Solid stay for a solid price.'

'This hotel was surprisingly great! The entire place, and my room were completely spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Full breakfast (not just continental) was included and it was delicious! I'll absolutely stay here again when I visit Sault Ste Marie.'

'Room smelled and felt like was last cleaned in 1968 pillows had bad odours to them roudy people were coming and going all nightlong poor sleeping as a result staff ignored customers lined up while staff chatted to friends on the phone made checking in long and involved'

'Sadly, the hotel is dated. toilet kept refilling every 15mins , HVAC unit sounded like a jet engine while running and the whole room was damp. There was a mold problem I am certain of in the room as well. The hotel used to be great, not so much now. There are better newer hotels all within 1 to 2 km from the Watertower for the same price. I will be booking myself and other |i travel with at these other hotels in the future Also, customer service at the front desk is sadly needed.'

'The room could have been cleaner. The room I was originally assigned smelled like cigarette smoke and the window’s don’t open so I was moved to a room in the back area. The bed felt more like a spring mattress, I’m very happy I brought my own pillow or I would not have been able to sleep.'

'Our stay at the Trunk Road Motel was excellent. The staff were very friendly when we checked in and gave us complementary water bottles. There were designated parking spaces and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were great, with the TV, fridge, and microwave working. The bathroom was clean and had a fan, window, working shower and sink; our only complaint would be that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. 'room door would not close on it's own, took too long for hot water to reach the sink and the toilet tank took awhile to fill. I could not flush twice in a row and you waist alot of water waiting for hot water at the sink.'

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais totalement servi avec de la vaisselle jetable. Vraiment dommage. Demandez une chambre aux étages supérieurs, de la nôtre, on ne voyait que le pare choc des voitures'

'I liked the parking underneath the hotel and the luggage trolleys and wheel chair ramp which made bringing in our things much easier. When we first checked in the woman at the desk phoned housekeeping to make sure a certain room was ready and I was given keys only to walk down to the room and see it open with cleaning supplies about and a tv on one of the beds. I went back to the front desk and was given a different rooms key, but when we arrived and had unloaded our things there was maintenance...
