Nice getaway

The property had good proximity to the beach. The pool was over-crowded (not enough chairs), and my unit didn’t have hot water. Overall, the location was great and I had easy access to the rest of the island.

Cute studio, great location

Great location right by beach entrance and near pool. Unit is smaller (like a hotel room with kitchen) but great if just 2 of you and you don't plan to spend much time indoors. It is updated with nice decor. Extra convenient that the free trolley to take you to the Village picks up right near community on the main road. Only thing I'll mention is that photos showed outdoor space, like balcony with seating, there is none for this unit. Other buildings have deck space, but not this one.

The property was clean and location was great! However, staff was not around to assist. St check-in we were only given 1 key and I had to get a 2nd from housekeeping. The WiFi did not work and we could not find anyone in the office to assist.

This is a very well kept property. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to beach. However, the shower faucet is falling apart. Very difficult to get correct water flow because of damaged shower head and damaged valve. Also, internet was not working in the room.

Weekend stay was perfect

This is a perfect studio for a few day stay. Very clean with modern finishes. Great location close to beach and South Island end for nightlife and the 7-11 for quick grabs. Resort is clean and although we did not use the pool it was very nice. We highly recommend this unit!

We had a quick trip planned and knew our time for relation would be limited. Our stay was so close to the beach that any spare time we had we could enjoy there instead of searching endlessly for parking. The room was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Overall everything was nice, but the TV was old and didn’t work. We checked in at 5pm so there was not really anyone available to come look at it. We called the after hours emergency number and someone tried to help us but we could not figure it out over the phone. No one contacted us the next day so I had to call again. Spoke to Jaime but she never made it over to check out the issue.

Quaint, yet efficient 1-room den had every accommodation

Perfect for a quick trip or long weekend! Property manager, Jamie, was very personable and pleasant; offered many off-site suggestions for shopping, dining, and enjoying the pristine beach. The room could’ve used a fresh coat of paint (and a handful of finishing nails, wood screws to tighten rickety cabinets, fixtures, handles) but we felt at home

Great spot! But a couple of repairs are needed…

We came for a long weekend and arrived after the office closed on a Friday night. Our packet with all the info was exactly where communicated and other than the moment it took to figure out the lock it was an easy arrival. The first thing right off the bat is that there is an eyesore of a broken dresser drawer that you can’t help but notice. Not a big deal but a small thing that could be repaired inexpensively. The other thing is that the dryer didn’t work. The staff was very accommodating and provided a wash/dryer in another room but it was really inconvenient and we ended up not using it. The room itself otherwise had everything needed. The location to the beach entrance was about 30 yards from the door. Perfect!!! I would suggesting bringing your own chairs/umbrellas and they are first come first serve. There is a great breakfast spot just across the main road too. We would definitely stay again!

Location but…..

After I checked in I was told the washer and dryer was not operable. I had been staying at a hotel and had laundry and beach towels to wash. There was no accommodations given nor a discount. I mentioned I had read in other reviews that the washer and dryer was an issue but that was 2 to 3 weeks before my check in, the woman checking me in said yeah the owners been hard to get a hold of, they are trying to decide now if they want to spend $800 on the part or buy new appliances. So what was advertised to me when I reserved this was not provided. Nor was it told me upfront that the units weren’t working and provided a solution or a discount. I did email them a check out requesting a discount, my credit card was credited less than $30 for a two night stay. Also upon arrival there was no ice in the refrigerator, saw the past reviews the refrigerator was having issues so my assumption is the owner purchased a new refrigerator however it does not have an icemaker. They did bring me new ice cube trays. Not sure if the water is filtered there or not but if you’re concerned you should buy bottled water to make your own ice cubes. Most units there have ice makers in their refrigerators from my understanding. I realize this isn’t the most costly rental on the beach but you should expect the listing to be accurate and items operational. Or to be communicated in advance.

Washer was broken everyday we were there we told them and we got told the maintenance man will be here in an hour well he never came.. I called the management twice of the rentals nothing no one came till the third day and showed us how to rig it and the dryer took hours to dry. The table in the unit was Unsturdy so they put some folded paper under one of the legs.. the bottom drawer on the dresser was coming apart. So would I recommend place NO not for the price!!!!

The location was great and easy to walk to the beach or restaurants in the area. Only down side of this and hopefully is fixed now is the refrigerator was not work properly. The Office informed us a new unit was to be delivered during our stay but turned out to be to large for the space. Ended up with a partially functioning unit during our stay.

Perfect Location. Needs a refresh.

We were in the area for a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect. Beach access was extremely close, stores and shuttle stops just a few steps away. The property was very cute and quaint but the overall condition of our studio was below average. The whole place, especially the bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint. There was no toilet paper holder on the wall so our toilet paper had to sit on the back of the toilet. When flushing the toilet it made an ongoing lingering noise. We had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink because the bathroom sink did not drain and immediately filled up with water. 4 Bed pillows were flat as pancakes. Luckily we had beautiful weather and did not need to be in the room long. The price was right but the overall condition of the unit was disappointing.
