There is something magical about Anna Maria Island! Share our Island paradise

We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida.

Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free, air conditioned trolley offers rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel.

Our newly updated condo is located in a quiet neighborhood just 85 flip-flop steps to the pure white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our Island is 7.5 miles long and made up of 3 cities; Anna Maria is on the northern tip, and the widest part of the Island. Holmes Beach is in the middle and this is where the public beach is located. WE are located in Bradenton beach, in between the Manatee and Cortez bridges. This is the most narrow part of the Island and offers the best beach access.

Our Condo is a corner unit that is always bright and sunny. The condo includes two bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed (new mattress 2024) and 43" flat screen TV with ROKU. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds with new mattresses (2024). The twin beds can be converted to a KING making this a perfect place for couples. Also includes and 20" flat screen with ROKU stick.
The living area has a new (2024) 55" mounted Samsung SMART Flat screen TV including premium cable and WI-FI.

NEW* in 2025: A washer/dryer all in one combo has been added for your convenience as well as a full kitchen remodel including new DISHWASHER, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator!

The leather couch has double power reclining chairs.

Our newly updated condo is just what you need to relax.

Perfect Beach Rental

We loved our stay at this vacation rental. So close from the ocean we only had to walk 1 block to the beach. The beach was pristine! The apt has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped. Comfortable beds, brand new kitchen with all appliances. It was perfectly located with easy access to all points on the island. Property manager Veronique was a pleasure to communicate with and accommodated all our requests. We appreciated our time at this rental so much. We loved it!

This is one of the cleanest and most well-appointed condos we have ever rented. There were many extra items in the condo we have not normally seen and was much appreciated. Though not right on the beach, the one to two minute walk to the beach was perfect. We could not have asked for a nicer place and plan to return. Thank you!

This property is beautifully decorated and has top of the line furnishings. The host provides a helpful notebook with all the info you need. We found a new favorite restaurant from a recommendation in it. The host also provides beach chairs, a wagon beach equipment and coolers. We fly down and there was nothing we had to buy to supplement what was already in the unit.

Great location

We've stayed a couple times now and the location is great for us. Beach is a short walk, and there's lots of beach amenities supplied by the owner, so that makes it nice. The condo is a great size for us, clean, and has everything we need. We'll definitely be back!

Unbelievably Clean and Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location, was beyond clean, neat and tidy. We were visiting AMI as Tropical Storm Debby rolled through. The owner was very communicative and kind. We did enjoy one beach day and one pool day prior to wind and rain, but no matter we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back next year.

Room was well stocked, very clean and absolutely adorable! Host was quick to respond with any questions. My only complaint, well not really a complaint, but suggestion. Would be to put some umbrellas up at the pool and maybe update the pool furniture. Location was perfect....forgot to count if it was 85 flip flops to beach :-D it was a short walk though. The Condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that it had a wagon to cart what we needed to beautiful white sand beaches which was just steps away. My husband and I had a great time on the island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 🙂

The quiet corner unit was well illuminated with reserved parking at the entrance. Comfortable electric recliners on sofa and love seat awaited us after busy days at the beach and long walks around the island. The kitchen was equipped with necessary utensils and appliances to prepare our eat in meals. The renovated bath with tiled shower is stunning. The personality of the unit is reflexed in the unique wall art. Especially enjoyed the book of the island’s history. We enjoyed the visits with some very friendly people at the pool which was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the notice from the host on the break in water line. Luckily we never lost pressure while in the unit. I see why the unit is booked well in advance for months.
