« Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance. »

« Gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the balcony, affordable, clean grounds/pool area. Good location, about 20 minute walk to bridge St and similar to publix grocery store.The unit itself was clean and had most of what you require for your stay (cups/plates, utensils). The quantity and cleanliness of towels and linens was excellent.The floor could've used a vacuum as there was sand everywhere upon arrival, like it wasn't vacuumed. « Very enjoyable stay. Beach very close and loved the gazebo on the beach to eat lunch and dinners or read in the shade. Condo was very clean . Very quick responsive to msg sent about need at the condo. Loved our stay »
