'First thing after check in was the fact that after three tries with our room keys not working (front desk) re-doing keys twice, still not working, they gave us a different room. Then out of three elevators, only one was working. The hair dryer in the room did not work. We were put on the third floor. 'Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.'

'Motel and room were clean. The location is convenient. There are no amenities to speak of (e.g. had to request shampoo). Not even a place to sit outside. The parking was well lit in some areas. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.'

'We booked this motel, not realizing it was 15 miles away from I-40... but we were sure glad we did. The staff was great, the beds were awsome and the swimming pool was warm so the kids had a great time. After a good night's sleep, a wonderful breakfast finished our stay. Well worth the journey off the freeway!'
