B&B in Sapphire Coast

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'Close to town centre'

'The kids absolutely loved it. New go karts of various sizes, jumping pillow, water park with 3 water slides, pool with additional water slide and spa. Location is on the beach. Clean facilities, beds comfy, staff great. Only negative was very poor mobile reception (Optus - not surprisingly) and our cabin was n a dead spot for their new wi fi. It meant no outside contact and we left a day early. Great facilities and we loved our time there.'
