The apartment hosts a tranquil bedroom with a queen-size bed and an open-plan living space offering a serene environment to relax. The balcony, a sun-dappled haven, is perfect for unwinding and absorbing Madeira's pleasant climate.



Our kitchen, equipped with a range of appliances including a fridge, oven, and hob, as well as essential utensils, caters to your culinary needs. For added convenience, a washing machine and hairdryer are provided, and you'll share an outdoor space and laundry facilities with the adjoining apartment.



Situated just a 5-minute drive from the nearest supermarket and the charming town of São Vicente, local amenities are within easy reach. A short drive further takes you to the tranquil Seixal Sand Beach and the awe-inspiring Porto Moniz Natural Pools. Parking is hassle-free, with plenty of free spaces available on the street.



Regarding the Jacuzzi, it is available for use throughout the year and is shared with the apartment next door.



Being surrounded by nature, it’s important to note that insects and small animals can occasionally make their way inside. We make every effort to minimize this through proactive exclusion measures.
