'This stay was very beautiful, however I would read carefully which room you are staying in as the amenities don’t seem to align with the room you are choosing. We stayed in the room cinco suite with the illusion that we would get our “private hot tub” as described in the Expedia inclusions. Other than that the view was stunning and the staff was wonderful (:'

'The staff confirmed upon arrival they overbooked and didn’t have a room available for us. At the beginning didn’t give the impression they were ready to offer alternatives/solution until I mentioned that my reservation had been done close to 8 months in advance and paid for. They did end up taking us to a different lodging facility and they covered the cost.'
