'Great off the beaten path location for exploring the Sol de Mayo Waterfall and the surrounding Sierra de la Laguna mountain range near the small town of Santiago. We really enjoyed the hike to the waterfall and exploring the Cañon de la Zorra (Fox Canyon) above the falls. The accommodations weren't fancy, but we did enjoy the peace and tranquility of the desert landscape and the beautiful oasis tucked away amid the arid canyon.
