« L’hôtel commence un peu à dater mais il reste propre et confortable. Les chambres sur le devant sont un peu bruyantes (circulation sur w Hamilton. Le réfrigérateur du coin cuisine est également très bruyant. Nous avons du l’arrêter pour la nuit. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects. »

« I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality. »

« We chose this hotel for its location close to our friends’. It looked brand new, the room was big and very clean. The only « complaint » would be about the very noisy a/c unit but earplugs solved the problem. »

I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like...
