'This house is the perfect beach house. Our big family stay for three nights. We made a couple of day excursions but other than that stayed at the house, including for meals. It was really relaxing to hear the ocean, hang out outdoors. Sunset viewing, and Dawn ocean swims. Highly recommend. The hostess Pia is super helpful and welcoming.'

'Casa Makai is a beautiful property with an incredible ocean/jungle view & very comfortable furnishings. The filtered water system was a treat, allowing us to fill our water bottles and drink directly from the tap, reducing unnecessary plastic waste. It is secured behind a private gate & monitored overnight by an on-sight security guard, (which didn't seem necessary as everyone in town was exceptionally kind and trustworthy). Josefina, the property manager, went above and beyond in every way...

'This was the perfect house for my friends and I to stay at. The location is fantastic, just a short 5 min walk down a dirt path that takes you to one of the main beach entrances at Santa Teresa beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC works very well. Any questions or issues I had during my stay were resolved very quickly by the hosts. I highly recommend Casa Jabali.'
