  • Condo in Seagrove strand, op 3 mijl van Seaside. Ruim en uitnodigend op slechts een steenworp afstand van het zoete witte strand. Tennisbanen gratis en 2 verwarmde zwembaden beschikbaar naast het apparaat. Afgelegen trappen van het strand en dicht bij de stad. Gelegen "in het midden van alles" dat Scenic 30A te bieden heeft! Attracties en 2 kustduinmeren (Eastern Lake en Deer Lake) die perfect zijn voor kajakken, paddleboarden en eco-verkennen. We had an amazing stay! This condo is perfect for families—very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils, cookware, and supplies we needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of towels, sheets, and other essentials.The furnishings were beautiful, comfortable, and made the condo feel like home. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any questions or requests.Without a doubt, this is the best value on all of 30A. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation rental

Great price for the location and size on the unit. We had plenty of space for 6 people. The condo was very clean. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad but the free shuttle made it even better. The host was very responsive.

This was a perfect place for our family of 7 to stay in. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and that there were plenty for all of us—each child had their own. Also, having three toilets was very convenient. I really enjoyed the location. It’s not in the middle of the busy areas. Also I loved that we didn’t have to walk across 30A every time we went to the beach. The beach was beautiful! Be mindful that it is a little bit of a walk. After walking across the boardwalk onto the beach, you have to walk another 1,000 feet to get beyond the private beaches. The walk wasn’t bad, though.

This property has an excellent location. We had 9 people and knew it’d be tight but we wanted the quick walk to the beach and other conveniences like the tennis/pickleball courts for our growing family to use. The owners were attentive to a few problems we ran into and tried to remedy them the best they could quickly. Somethings just break at inconvenient times. The only thing that brought my star review down was the cleanliness. The cleaning crew was probably in a hurry but didn’t do a thorough job. So we washed a few things and tried to make it better. Hopefully this improves the otherwise nice stay.

Owner was a joy talk to. She was prompt and helpful. The only issue we had was with the onsite bike rental service. They require you to use their service, and getting small bikes for the kids was a hassle. If we stay here again, we will probably bring our own. Other than that it was great! Beautiful beaches!

One of the best places we have ever stayed. So many extras that you just can’t bring from home. All the equipment to use the racketball and tennis. We kept changing our plans and she was so accommodating every time.

We had a wonderful stay at Florencia's apartment! The place is well laid out, well-equipped, and perfect for a family getaway. The location couldn’t be better – close to the beach and great restaurants. Florencia was an amazing host, super quick to respond and very kind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back.

Updated condo close to beach

We have stayed at BSV a few times and this is my favorite unit. Good layout, plenty of beds, and some nice included beach amenities made the trip great. The whole complex also had a facelift recently completed. I would definitely book again!

Close to beach

Beachside Villas condos sits almost on the beach. This quiet property is just a short partially shaded boardwalk to the beach that also provides two showers and hoses for rinsing off sand. In addition, the property offers a golf cart ride to the beach if needing extra assistance. The property contains two pools with showers, bathrooms, and shaded tables.The condo is perfect for a larger family with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The outside patio has ample room to spend some quiet time or enjoy a meal together. There is also several beach chairs and amenities for the beach located in the outside bin.The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals and store extra food in the pantry.Overall, location…location…location. Perfect quiet beautiful spot to make lasting memories with your family and friends.

Great vacay spot

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The pool and tennis courts were very well kept and it is a nice condo complex. We did have a couple of issues with the check in, such as the cleaning crew arriving late and the lock not working properly. But communication with the host was great and she was very compassionate and willing to work with us. These were just slight inconveniences after traveling all day but the location and host made up for it! I would absolutely book this place again. As far as the beach, just know you do have to walk a bit, about 1200 feet to get to "public access" to be able to set up your chairs and umbrellas. There is a golfcart service from 930-430 that will take you to the beach and back with all of your items. The private beach company does not play games. If you are looking for a family friendly condo area with close proximity to the beach and comforts of home, definitely book the place!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The tennis courts and pool were awesome. The pool seemed small, but even with several people in it, it never felt crowded. (This was the pool closest to the condo - didn't go to the other one).Beach access in this area is kinda tricky. There is a beach access very close, and you can walk through the private part and go left or right to a public part, or you can go down the road a ways to go directly to the public part. From the door of the condo to the sand was less than five minutes for me (and I walk slowly). The golf cart trolley people were super, super nice and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes on them, so it was pretty quick to the ocean. (Aside, the "public" part did have a lot of people, but it didn't feel crowded. Time of day/time of season could have affected that.We did have one issue, but the owner responded super quick and had a solution that worked for us for the week. Overall, definitely a great place to stay.

Trying to get access code was very hard. VRBo didn’t have it & had us contact Benchmark. They didn’t have u as a client but worked with us to acquire the code. The other condo in same area that we also rented at same time as yours was a VRBO with Benchmark & it was easy getting their code that same day. Carol
