Coastal Bliss is a beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo on the South side of 30A, in Watercolor that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This 2nd floor unit offers a superb location to the Watercolor Beach Club and nearby restaurants making it ideal for families to easily access the resort amenities.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Max Occupancy: 6 guests (Confirm guest count at least 10 days prior to arrival)
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
- Incidentals Hold: $700.00. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
-Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
- Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (first come, first serve in parking lot behind building. - Additional spots are available nearby, but not guaranteed)
- Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack.
- Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
- Bikes: Not included, but available for rent nearby.
- Resort Amenities: Includes complimentary access to Watercolor community pools, the Watercolor - - Beach Club, and Camp Watercolor
- In-Unit Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer.
- Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach club on a first come, first serve basis.
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club.

Condo Layout:

First Floor: Entryway/Foyer leading to the kitchen, living room, and balcony overlooking the center courtyard and side street. There is a half bath powder room on the first floor for convenient access.

Second Floor: ***Requires stairs to access the second floor***

King Suite: Features a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, dresser and closet storage, en-suite bath with dual vanity sink, and a walk-in shower plus a separate bathtub. There is a partial view of the Gulf from the master bedroom balcony!

Guest Suite with 2 Full Beds: Includes a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, closet storage, and en-suite bathroom with vanity sink and walk-in shower.

About the Area

Guests at Coastal Bliss have special access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club, which features: Pools - Main pool and lounge area, infinity edge pool, zero-entry pool.
Dining: Watercolor Grill, Costa Chica Restaurant, and a new sunset bar, all with scenic Gulf views.

Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Smoking: Non-smoking property (includes vaping and medicinal drugs).
Age Requirement: Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
Food/Drinks: Not allowed in bedrooms.
Vehicle Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed and deposit paid to avoid cancellation without refund.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise, vulgar language, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
