  • Ce condo au 3ème étage mis à jour est le choix parfait si vous cherchez un endroit idéal pour emmener votre famille et vos amis et une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Au premier étage, vous trouverez une chambre king et salle de bain, buanderie, cuisine avec appareils en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit, salon et balcon privé. Le loft au 2ème étage comprend une salle de bains, un lit king-size près de 1 lit superposé et un lit jumeau.

    Situés directement sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique, les condominiums Eastern Shores offrent une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc et les eaux azurées. Le crabe et la pêche permettent de s'amuser en famille au lac Eastern à proximité. Promenez-vous le long de notre plage de sable blanc ou nagez dans les eaux chaudes et cristallines du golfe.

When I think of planning a beach vacation this is the only place I want to go. The property is clean, up to date and well managed. Booking with Benchmark Management is easy and their communication before, during and after stay is great.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and the space we had for the 4 aduls and 4 children.Over all great space, wish they would invert a little bit more in the kitchen utensils departemnt, lot of them were broken or not in good condition.1st floor bedroom had a leak coming from the ceiling and after notifying the managment company, no one came out to adress it, e had a bowl siting on the floor to collect the drip.

My favorite part about this place is how easy access & close to the beach it was and I loved that it was private so we didn’t have to fight getting a good spot close to the water since it wasn’t public beach access. This unit (ES211) is by far the nicest of the four units we have rented. Well equipped and maintained. Can't beat the view either.We would most definitely rent this unit again.We do wish the unit had regular cable TV versus a Roku-equipped device - we are old, don't have streaming subscriptions and do like linear programming.

The unit sleeps 9 but we only had one parking space. Still trying to figure that one out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting from Garrett Realty (now Benchmark) since the 90s when we first starting coming down to 30A. I’ve continued to use them as I prefer the security of professional realty company over something like air bnb when I spending a significant amount of money that impacts other peoples travel plans. I booked a place on 30A to visit the first time in the winter (we normally always come in the summer) and there was a slight hiccup in the booking once we got there with unexpected construction. It was such a relief to be able to get in contact with the company after hours who were able to quickly come up with a work around that still allowed us direct beach access. That is the kind of customer service that reinforces why we have used them so many years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in desperate need of attention. The carpeting on the stairs (which probably aren’t up to code) and upstairs bedroom is filthy and should immediately be removed and replaced with a more appropriate noncarpeted flooring. There are ceiling issues wherever a vent is located. It’s black around them. Drywall issue in family room on beachfront side. The furniture is old and dirty with dirty pillows, the dining table was extremely wobbly (which we tightened screws just for safety) and missing bolts. Because of all the problems mentioned we were extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Cannot recommend this property to anyone. The cleanliness is not a housekeeping issue it’s the total condition of the property.

The ceiling fan had dust over an inch thick, the lamps on the nightstands were covered in dust and the extra blankets were wadded up in the floor of the closet that doesn’t even open correctly. The sleeper sofa had used linens and blankets on it and was stored away. The upstairs bunk beds didn’t have linens. Overall, the place was not clean or well-prepared for our stay. The place could be awesome, but was a huge letdown.

There is a little lagoon on the beach that was great for the kids to play in - kind of like a giant pool. Would stay here again.
