You'll love your stay at BeachCrest 806 not only for the stunning views up and down the Emerald Coast, but for its calm neutral palette, comfortable furniture, and room for up to 4 guests.

The king bedroom includes a TV, balcony access and private bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and easy access to the updated hallway bath with tub/shower combo.

You're able to enjoy the blue and green BeachCrest views the minute you walk into the main open concept area. But of course they're even better once you step out on your private balcony. Enjoy the sights and sounds of 30A with your favorite drink in your hand. We know you'll be spending a lot of time out here!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

First. The views are amazing- they are the best thing about this property. The building and grounds are adequately kept. And the pool area although small is nice and clean. The unit itself is in need of updating - The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable Both bathrooms are very small but workable Kitchen adequately equipped Living room furniture needs replaced- not inviting at all Paint peeling off the ceiling and walls. Bifold doors to washer dryer will soon fall off Other unit noise is very noticeable The location and views are the best part of this unit. For the price it is ok- but nothing luxurious about the accommodations. VRBO has at 8.8 stars. To me it’s more like 5/10

GREAT GIRLS VACAY

iT WAS CLEAN the office was responsive.. Loved the balcony. Overall this was a fine location (just far enough from the busy, but close enough to not worry about "going to town" Loved the Private Beach... and also has a lovely pool area.

Beautiful but crowded

The unit was wonderful. The management group for the condo were communicative and available. The beach was beautiful and the water crystal clear. I don’t like large crowds. We went in September and the traffic was bad and the beach was crowded. I was told this was the off season and there were still so many people. Everything about the unit was great. I just don’t like crowds. Would recommend if you don’t mind crowds.

Another great stay

This was our second time at this property in the month of May. We love that the management company offers an option to pay extra for early and/or late check in/out. We saw dolphins almost every morning while sitting on the balcony! We wish the balcony had upgraded furniture, but truly no complaints about this property!

Management awesome with a couple things we needed fixed even on a Sunday. Beach so beautiful & beach guy for our chairs was great! Easy parking. Whole condo was clean even lobby & pool areas easy access to pool & beach. The stairs were very steep to beach - only negative we found. Will go again!

First stay in Santa Rosa Beach, FL

We enjoyed our first stay in Santa Rosa Beach, 30A for a few days. The view from our balcony was spectacular! The condo we stayed in could use some renovating. Screens were ripped or bent from overuse, but still worked. The master bedroom was very hot to sleep in, as if the air didn’t reach that room. There was a guest that smoked around us, and that was extremely annoying having to endure that on the balcony, when everywhere on the property states tobacco free! All in all, the stay was comfortable and quiet. We will be back to enjoy a longer vacay there!

We always love using the beachcrest condo's! The staff in the office always goes above and beyond for us. This condo was cute and accurate to pictures.

Awful- DO NOT STAY HERE

This property was not only horribly dirty but it was falling apart. Cracks in ceiling, mirrored wall falling off, dirty sheets on the beds, missing blinds and much more. We arrived at 9pm and left the property at 10am with no intention of returning. The rental company management (Benchmark) would not return calls and then refused to reimburse us our cost for the week even though we took pictures of the property and how horrible it was. I even asked to move to another rental and offered to pay more. I would not rent this property nor from the management company.

Nice white linens on beds👍

Easy walk to beach, near grocery and food but not too crowded. Single row of chairs which is my litmus test for a property. Small pool but nicely maintained property. No problems with cleanliness it is just hard to tell what is cleaned and how so I just take my Lysol and go over Most everything. The furniture and pillows in the den seemed a little worn but were fine.
