BeachCrest 403 is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. It has tile floors throughout, an open kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, 3 TVs and 3 DVD players. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Could be better communication

The property was nice, beautiful views comfortable beds and well kept however, hard to sleep on sofa bed with no sheets. We reached out at 6 pm as we were making beds for the kids and discovered it was not made. We searched for extra linens which were nowhere to be found. We called the answering service as it was after hours and they said they would contact owners. By 8pm we had called three times and finally the answering service stated they would not be able to help until the next day. What!? No sheets on the bed. Seriously. We did not hear from them until 9 the next morning at which time they told us these things happen. These things do happen and usually someone would offer some sort of discount, free bike rentals, a free pizza or something for our inconvenience of having the kids sleep on a comforter with beach towels for blankets! Not cool for our first night. I loved the place but will find another agency to deal with next time that actually cares and has people available for this type of issue.

Wonderful beach, poor condo!

The condo was in need of updating! Broken furniture, dirty rugs, just overall in poor condition. The price was too much for the condition of this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this building and they were much nicer!

Great Location/Guest Beds Not New

Management company very attentive. Previous reviews mentioned beds. If they are new beds, they don’t sleep new. Some pics online are misleading. The outside porch is very small. Condo was clean but somewhat worn. Location handy and view was great. Didn’t utilize pool, but looked maintained. We were satisfied but felt it was a little overpriced.

Beautiful Ocean View

Really liked the keyless entry. We had plenty of the essentials for a week long stay. TV at night with numerous options and channels. The pool felt great and beach chais and umbrella awesome. The view and sounds of the ocean just what all of us COVID weary folks needed. The location is fantastic!

Relaxing stay

Great view. The kitchen was equipped with all things needed for us to stay in. The on-site office was very nice and accommodating. Our only complaint would be the grilling area. There were two knobs missing and in general needs to be upgraded. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

Loved the location and the grounds. However, the units are somewhat older. All the conveniences are present but the beds in particular are not comfortable. The owners could stand to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.
