'This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home, and the décor was modern, chic, and thoughtfully done. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still walking distance to cute restaurants and a short drive to downtown Ojai. It was also a great spot for our dog, which made the trip even better. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with throughout the stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to...

'Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.'

'We highly recommend this house. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a one-week vacation. Especially wonderful was the backyard with flowering shrubs and fruit trees and lounge chairs and a large picnic table for outside gathering. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay there again. Our host responded quickly to the very few problems we had.'

'Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!'
