Poor customer service ie: no drinking water in room and promised that it would be delivered and never showed up. The room had a sewer smell which we ignored for the first 6 days. On day 7 we returned to our room after being out all day to workmen in our suite fixing the problem and therefore no access to our room we inquired at the front desk. we were then told to wait for a couple of hours and they would let us know when the work was done. After 3 hours we finally checked back and it was done, when asked about some sort of compensation we were promised conversation with the manager that never happened. We asked for 3 days and were continually put off with they are out right now they will call you etc. Finally at check out we asked for some resolution which ended in there is no compensation the manager says sorry is enough! Keep in mind the next day no Electricity for 7 hours= no A/C working which may sound fussy but at 34 degrees and room on 4th floor was very uncomfortable. We were promised a conversation about compensation but the management ignored our concerns. Disappointed with the management and lack of professionalism. Beach was amazing. Onsite restaurant were amazing and delicious. Many staff had poor English which was not a problem but there did not seem to be much interest in them using English. Beautiful facility amazing location but based on the lack of management showing ethical engagement to make the situation right i would not reccomend this hotel to others
