« We stayed in mid-May for my son’s wedding. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and although small because it’s a vintage house, there were thoughtful touches throughout. This property has everything you could need, cookware, coffee maker, plenty of towels and blankets and a fenced yard for pets. Would stay there again. »

« Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

« This property is so much nicer than the pictures show! We were greeted amazingly, and able to get in a little earlier, which was great since we were already in town! Upon arrival we were so pleasantly surprised with the fresh flowers, and music in every room! I highly recommend Michael and this charming home for any Santa Barbara visit. My husband and I were there with our adult children, and were super comfortable, and we will be back! »
