'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. 'We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard!'

'This place was perfect for our trip to Disney. It is about a 15 minute drive to the park. Place was clean and well maintained, beds were so comfortable, and the space was perfect for our little group. Parking garage is a little small so if you have a big car just be warned. Besides that highly recommended! '
