Pool is nice butâŠ
The house is spacious and looks decent enough from the outside. And on the inside itâs decent enough, but thatâs it. Itâs at a basic level of clean, but definitely not regularly deep cleaned and not maintained very well. Lots of scuff marks on the walls and general wear and tear. The pool table surface is a mess and it was missing one ball. The fridge does not make ice or dispense water. Kitchen accessories and silverware are sparse. Some of the window blinds were missing and/or broken. The listing at the time we booked it said it sleeps 14 with 7 beds. But in reality there were only 6 beds, so it really only sleeps 12. So we had to have one guy sleep on the couch. I think they fixed the number of beds in the listing now, but it still says sleeps 14 (at the time Iâm writing this) and thatâs not accurate. Never got any check-in instructions, but thankfully the property manager was available when we got there so she gave us the door code. She was awesome by the way - very helpful and responsive. The saving grace of this house is the pool. It was clean and good size. The kids absolutely loved it and we made good use of it. Beware the fine print, if you want the pool and jacuzzi heated the owner charges an outrageous daily fee for that. And the hot tub is only heated from 6pm - 10pm. We elected not to heat the pool and it was fine - warm enough in the summer. We did have a good time, but definitely wonât be staying here again.
