It boasts a generously sized condo with a spacious living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, a state-of-the-art 55" 4K Smart TV, and blazing-fast 1000Mbps internet speed. You'll find the convenience of an assigned parking spot.
The Living Room is furnished with an Italian Leather Sofa, perfect for a small child to use as a bed. Enjoy your favorite shows and entertainment on the 55" 4K Smart TV, and stay connected with 1000Mbps Internet WiFi. The Spectrum TV package offers a selection of 300+ channels for your entertainment.
In the Kitchen, you'll discover all the essential cooking amenities you need, including a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker and a toaster. Basic cooking pots and pans, plates, utensils, and serving bowls are readily available. The gas stove and oven are at your disposal, though please bring your own baking goods.
The Bedroom ensures a peaceful night's sleep on a Queen medium-firm memory foam mattress, and we've thoughtfully provided bedding and linens for your comfort. An Iron & Ironing Board are available to keep your clothes wrinkle-free, and you can keep things tidy with the Hamper.

The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.
Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.
