'9 out of 10. Communication, 10. Cleanliness, 10. Kitchen equipment, 9, only because there was only an old style coffee pot. Something with pods would have brought it up a notch. Ease of getting to Deer Valley for skiing, 10. The condo was extremely quiet at all times of day and night. Having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus. 'The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult.'

'Very clean, organized, and liked the spacious bedrooms. Having a working fireplace with just the flip of a switch was a nice amenity. '

'The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

'We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board.
