'All was great'

'We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!'

'We traveled here for a soccer tournament at River City Sportsplex. Yomi was very communicative, flexible with an early check in, and frequently made sure we had what we needed during our stay. There are grocery stores nearby which make it nice and convenient for making meals!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with Anthony was excellent and a small issue upon check in was remedied immediately. Location was convenient and easily accessible. The only note I have is that the bed situation could be easily improved. Especially if advertising that the home sleeps five.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. We had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly and helpfully. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.'

'Great location. Comfortable layout, privacy for the bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice to have access to a great backyard. I took my two labradors and they were extremely happy. Host was extremely responsive. Communications were clear and friendly.'

'Had to go through a 3rd party to get any info. 3rd party did provide correct # and name and host did respond. Great for the family to attend military ceremony. No coffee available at check in. Dishes put away unclean. Missing pieces to almost each game. Poker table but not a single deck of cards. Closes enough to go get essentials though. Grass did get mowed during our stay. Overall good property.'

'The house was in a great location for our needs! Parking was great. We received information in a very timely manner and it was clear and concise. We rented both sides for a group of 15. Upon entering we realized it had not been cleaned, or not cleaned well. The kitchens were dirty, the drawers had food particles in and on them. The couches had trash behind and under them. The cleaners did come back twice to resolve this issue. The house did not have enough silverware for the people staying....
