'All good'

'$100 for a really bad place. We don’t expect a lot at this price point, but this was awful. Mold in the bathroom, small dog yapping on and off that we could hear late in the night through paper thin walls (among other *noises*), dirty small rooms and uncomfortable beds. My eyes were gushing and itchy all night either from previous pets or mold or other irritants in the room. The shuttle is quite frustrating at times. I called to request the shuttle to be picked up from the airport, and it took...

'Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!'

'everything was good but the beds are uncomfortable'

'mooi hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel! , mooie ruime kamer met goede bedden, schoon gelegenheid om buiten te zitten. E Restaurants in de buurt '

'Nice hotel. Restaurant was very good. Staff helpful.'

'Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.'

'Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me'
