« We arrived to a clean space and wonderfully roomy outdoor areas, the deck was clean and the dock was hangout ready! We had a wonderful time exploring local hangouts and coming back to the best AC on the lake was a highlight! The beds made for restful sleep, Goldilocks style: just right! Checkout was easy and hassle free! »

« We had a wonderful trip to Lake Sinclair! The check-in process was very easy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was a huge plus! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect - restaurants on the water were close by either by boat or car and having Publix and Kroger less than 10 minutes away was great. We will definitely be back! »

« We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return »

« House was set up very well for many people . Lot is very nice with great dock . kitchen was great to prep meals in but they need better knifes and more platters etc . « I don’t even know where to start. This home is not amazing but the host is too! We felt welcome even before the visit started. We’ve booked many different types of stays in different locations but this host was by far the most gracious and welcoming. We will absolutely be using again! »

« Upon arrival, we could not have been happier to see the amount of indoor, outdoor and dock space. This property was awesome and we enjoyed our week at the lake so much. My family also owns another house on the lake and so we spent time boating, swimming, cooking and just being together. We even brought our own Blackstone! « We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!) »

« The property is beautiful. The water is so warm. The house was cozy and inviting. The host has left us a beautiful card and fresh flowers. The screened in porch made enjoying the night air so much more pleasant. The fire pit is right on the edge of the water so you could enjoy the view. We didn't realize the fire pit area could be lit up until the night before we left. We will definitely be trying to plan to return next year »

« We had the most wonderful stay while staying in Dublin for a baseball tournament. The house had everything we needed and it was perfect after a long and hot day at the ball field. The boys loved going fishing. I loved the comfortable bed! Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing and everything went so smoothly. « Property was as advertised. Easy access to the grill at the marina and also to oconee springs park. Literally in the middle. Quiet cove. You will get some leg muscles climbing the hill up to hoise from the dock. Overall was a great stay. »
