The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!'

If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private. We did yoga on the last three days.
