Come enjoy Cambria in this comfortable PET FRIENDLY 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (no fenced in yard) in Marine Terrace. This popular home is conveniently located across the street from the Fiscalini East/West Ranch. If you like to walk along the bluffs there is no better location. You can enjoy the tide pools by Lampton Park and other beach access areas. There is Wireless Internet. EV charger with 50 Amp circuit in garage.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

We love Cambria!

I have stayed in Cambria many times and have vacationed in various areas of the town. This house near Fiscallini Ranch Preserve was perfect for me and my dog! We could walk the Ranch every day and meander down to Lampton Park for more beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding hillsides. So many deer and an abundance of marine life. Hard to believe a place like this still exists in California The house was perfect for us- all amenities and very clean. Of note, it is very quiet and peaceful here, somewhat off the beaten path. I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful spot

Very happy with our stay at this property. Great location next to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Walked there every day and enjoyed watching waves crash on rocky coast. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Easy to work with management company and get questions answered. Will recommend to others.

Exactly what we needed :)

This sweet little beach house was exactly what our family of 4 needed! It's right near the beach as well as a nature preserve, which is wonderful for exercise and exploration. Wish we could stay longer!

Cambria beach house

We had a most comfortable stay over Christmas. The kitchen had everything we needed to make an excellent dinner - including a pie! Beds were warm and comfortable, living room was spacious and cozy. We used the loft area to play games and enjoyed the afternoon sun on the west facing deck. We are already talking about returning next year.

Beachside Getaway

The home was well kept and clean. Despite the chilly nights we were comfortably warm, especially with the fireplace on. It was nice to be just a few steps away from the shoreline, explore the tidepools and enjoy the sunsets. Hearst Castle was close by so we visited and San Luis Obispo was close enough to visit as well. We will definitely book this property again as it was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip.

Perfect central coast escape.

Our family had a great spring getaway at this perfectly located property. Mere steps from the ocean and the bluff trail at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, you can’t ask for a better spot to start and end your day in Cambria. The home is comfortable and clean, with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We highly recommend it for a slice of central coast magic.

A great beach house home base to explore Cambria

We love to walk our dog and to have this home located at the entrance of the bluff trail was the perfect getaway for our family. The home was clean and well appointed. We hope to come back again soon

This is the first time our family was able to stay in a place so close to a natural preserve. Taking walks along the bluff trail during the day and hearing the ocean waves at night was a new experience for us. Lovely beach house

This house was great. Clean, great location, wonderful neighborhood. Loved the easy access to hiking. Would have liked to have a scrubby sponge for wiping counters and washing pots. Dishwasher was out of order during our stay but the property manager let us know in advance. It wasn't a problem at all. Wifi was non existent but it gave us all a chance to unplug. We watched an old moving on DVD one night and it was just fine. I would highly recommend this house and I would love to stay there again. Marie.

Hidden gem along the coast

I almost don't want to be truthful as to how wonderful this home is just to keep it to myself. The property is at an excellent location to visit Fiscalini Ranch & oceanfront acess. The home was perfect for my son, husband, and myself. It's fully stocked kitchen made our stay very comfortable. The home was cozy enough yet spaced well. The neighborhood is very quiet & that's exactly what brought us there.

The house had some burned out bulbs with no replacements located. there are no covers to the cook pans. Ceiling fans were dirty and there were some cobwebs. hanging around. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean.

This house is in a great location. Loved the ocean view and breeze why we took our daily dog walk. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable wish we could have stayed longer...we will be back!
